I recently was looking for a new washer and in spending a good week researching and reviewing. I knew what I wanted "Speed Queen" and I called EVERY business that carried the model and brand. Not only was Grand Appliance 100 dollars lower but the were the ONLY ONES that carried it in their warehouse. I got it delivered within 5 days, which made me truly grateful. Their sales reps at the store were very nice. Delivery was set for today Monday... They had called a total of three times to let me know what time frame, then the time estimated and lastly when they were on their way. Joe was GREAT ... very helpful through out the complete process. I felt like they went beyond what was expected. Huge thank you JOE !! I am up and running, the washer is working nicely. Based on this experience, I was not hesitate in recommending Grand Appliance and will definitely buy from this store again. A+ business

Bought a washer and dryer here after a trip to Sears outlet. I was impressed by Aaron, our salesman, and his knowledge of the machines and the manufacturers. Competitive prices and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!
