Garage Door Express

An absolute nightmare. Garage door express was subbed to do the doors on our new shop. At first they refused to hook up temp service even after a service call. Not even the electrical. Just the door operator arm and adjustment. After 1 month an operator track ripped out of the header. They sent a man out an he moved the track over an inch and slammed screws into it putting a bind on the track. The doors have never sealed properly. Their answer was to stuff the seals with a garden hose. So I stuff 86 feet of seals with garden hose and they still don't seal. I called them directly as my construction contractor won't do anything further with it. Today (6/27) and got an answering machine message that they are closed for the memorial day holiday.... The doors themselves I'm very happy with the quality and construction. That's it.
