Full Service Car Wash

Extremely horrible experience! I dropped off two cars and called to cancel the second car's detail, I got confirmation of the cancelled appointment, and they still serviced my car anyway (poorly) and then bullied me into paying them $120 and refused to give me my car back unless I paid them! The entire management staff was rude to me and they did not care at all what I had to say. No exaggeration, it was semi-traumatizing.
