Frank's Piggly Wiggly

I had my small nephew with me so we used one of the fun car-shaped like carts. Apparently this Piggly Wiggly has a rule that you can't take those carts outside. Instead of informing me this a check out, after I had already walked outside of the door and was halfway to my car an associate chased me down to say that we cannot take the carts outside. No other Piggly Wiggly has these rules and it was very unprofessional to be chased down in the parking lot rather than having thus explained at checkout.

They really pay attention to their fresh vegetables & fruit, always good, clean, flavorful, etc. When I buy fruit at Walmart, it tastes like cardboard...never again...Also, their meats are a reasonable price ON SALE & not all fatty like every other store. The staff has never been rude and they smile.
