Went to get my car serviced in September for my unlock button not working and my headlight was out but the brights were working (tried a new bulb and nothing). Brought it to Boucher Kia in Racine because I have a warranty. They fixed the unlock no problem and only paid my dedcutable, great! Then they tell me all I need is a new bulb and for $50 they can do it. I have had no problem using the much cheaper bulbs at Auto Zone so I told them not to do it. I bring it home and after doing research online I start looking at my fuse box to see if it was a blown fuse and lucky all it needed was a new fuse. I would think the maintenance guys could have figured that out... Well when I picked up my car I noticed they had an inspection sheet and on my invoice it said they performed a Kia inspection. My sheet was blank. Called and spoke with a manager and they said they send out the inspections and would get it back in a few weeks then he would call me. Heard nothing back for over a month so I called to check up on it. Nobody got back to me. I have called 4 times and haven't been able to speak to anyone. I of course get automated calls about my car being due for maintenance but nothing about my inspection. If they didn't do one, no problem. Just don't waste my time not calling me back. This is horrible customer service!
Now let's go back to when I bought my vehicle 2 years ago. Mitch the salesman was wonderful! No complaints here! But I was promised my car would be detailed. When I picked up my car it was full of crumbs and had smears of something on the back of the seats. I had to get to work so no time to have it cleaned right away, I was told to come back in and they would take care of it. On my next day available I came back and after waiting for almost an hour they bring my car around and NOTHING from the inside was cleaned. They then told me because I had had the car for a week they weren't going to clean the inside after telling them I had not eaten or had anyone else in the car. Mitch my salesman was nice enough to clean it for me! Don't think that's his job but he went the extra mile.
Needless to say I will not be returning to Boucher in Racine and have already told numerous friends looking for new vehicles about my experience there. Disappointing service from the beginning...
