My husband and I have been members for our personal and separate businesses going on 20 years now and now my children have accounts as well. Couldn't be happier. Credit unions are far superior to banks and this one has especially affordable membership.

Very disappointed. Not very friendly, helpful, or interested in solving problems. I regret having an account here. If there is a problem be prepared to wait a long time and potentially be charged for them to print your account statements. Apparently the red carpet only gets rolled out when you are opening an account. UPDATE: I went to a different branch location in Neenah and made the same request which prompted my initial review. The teller was kind and helpful. She pulled my account right up and printed off the statements (4 pages) and provided them to me without charge. I however am still displeased with the branch located near me. I do not want to have to travel across town to Neenah to be given normal customer service. I will not do any future banking here.
