seems every time I go to get a routine cleaning or any dental work I still end up getting charged even though I have insurance. I have to call every time to get a refund because they seem to just "forget" to refund me the money I paid. Seems strange to charge someone prior to having payment from the insurance company. I wonder how many times the patient pays and the insurance company pays as well... double payment?! sounds like fraud to me...
