Floorsme

Floorsme is a clever business name but that's where the cleverness might end if you decide to hire these folks. I see some have had a good experience but myself and Laurel would advise you to keep dialing other flooring installers. When I gave Kevin my deposit check he told me he would, "have the material ordered that week or the next". That was mid November. I began calling Kevin a couple weeks before Christmas. I had numerous phone calls unreturn from him. So many, that I actually stopped into his office a couple times just to try to catch him but with no success as he does install work as well as manage the business. To his credit he did call me the week before Christmas. He asked me if I would like my deposit back. I told him I would like my floors installed before Christmas as promised. He said he couldn't do that but could do it the third week of January. I doubt my flooring material has been ordered but my deposited check has been cashed. Today is the last day of the third week of January and I am sitting outside of his office to confront him for my deposit check. Awkward.

We waited for over 2 months for the flooring to come in to match the previous flooring that was installed by Floors Me. We put our life on hold & cancelled many get togethers expecting it to arrive any day. I made numerous phone calls to Kevin asking him to check on it, which he said he did or would do. No response or comunication from Kevin regarding delay or order. Finally, I called the company to check on the order, it was NEVER ORDERED. I called Kevin, asked for our deposit back. KEVIN CAN'T BE TRUSTED TO FOLLOW UP OR COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH FLOORS ME.
