I had a small job that needed done a while back.
Things were quoted fairly, honestly, and the work was done well, and quickly. I don't have much to really say other than it was great getting to meet the guy who did the work. I know he's one of the owners (sorry, it's been 6 months, I don't remember his name anymore!)
But for a low price, good quality work, and being able to support a local business (it's a locally owned franchise!) this was a good experience. When I do my carpets (which need to be done soon), I know who I'm going with.
