The personnel are very helpful, polite, hardworking and goes the extra mile for. I have ordered products from the deli and had wonderful results. If they are able, they will order special products for you. I love their bakery. If you want something special, once you've ordered it you can get within 24 hours or sooner. Zack and Bekah were particularly helpful tonight. I just really can't say enough good things about the Festival family of fine stores.
