Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

My sister went here to get her hair colored and cut. She had a 20% off coupon that she forgot to use that night, went back the next day not satisfied with the dye job (you can't even tell it's supposed to be red) asked to use the coupon they wouldn't let her use it (even tho she had it the night before just forgot to hand it over)they did nothing to rectify the dye job. They did offer to do highlights that would cost HER more money. Poor service-if less than 1 star was an option I would have picked that.
