I have gone to Fantastic Sams for years, with mostly satisfactory results. Today was not great. I had a 45 minute wait. There were 4 people working and sometimes none were busy and I still waited. I couldn't tell what it was they were doing that they weren't taking care of customers. The waiting area wasn't packed. Then I was assigned a young woman who shampooed my hair but did not use conditioner. She started cutting my hair...it felt like she was cutting one hair at a time and 1/4 inch at a snip. She asked how I liked it when it was still wet and I really couldn't tell, so she reluctantly blow dried it a bit. I finally made some suggestions and she tenatively did a few more 1/4" snips. After nearly an hour of this I finally decided that I would be able to fix it when I got home and left.
