I hired Falk Concrete to work on a very large flooring and concrete work project for my business. I worked directly with Zach the owner on getting things for the project worked out and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. His expertise and genuine good nature made the project a success. He was interested in making sure I got the end result I wanted, and presented all options available to me to help work within my budget. Zach was on the job site each day working alongside his workers. Each time I came over the workers were courteous and competent. They knew the project in and out just like Zach did. Issues arose with the timing of the project which was my fault, and Zach did everything in his power to accommodate. Coming in earlier than expected, staying later than expected, and on weekends. None of which was considered in the initial bid. Their flexibility and understanding enabled us to keep our anticipated opening date of the new clinic I would highly recommend Falk Concrete.
