Not a very good freight brokerage. They fail to follow up on customers which require a delivery appointment, then when your truck in your fleet gets there and has to wait 8 or 10 hours for an appointment, they tell you "Oh well, sorry about that." A good brokerage gets the details right the first time. If I could give a company a zero star review, I would because this brokerage certainly deserves it.
