Friendly and fast! I needed a piece of glass cut to replace a scratched piece in a picture frame, and it was ready within a couple hours. So easy and affordable, I will definitely be back for future projects!

Twice in the past year I have experienced an emergency at my laundromat in Plover. My entry door broke on a Sunday and Frank was there within an hour to repair it. I also had a deer run thru my window on a Monday night. Once again Frank was there in a half hour to board up the window. Great service

I will never use ESSER Glass Inc. again of Stevens Point WI. As a Contractor and Remodeler it is very important to be able to trust your local venders and know they are not going to price gouge, in this case I have lost all trust and have also reported him to the BBB as he not only dishonored his verbal quote but he almost doubled the price of the job. After confronting Frank Shields owner of the Company he hung on me and told me he didn't have time for me. This is not how you treat any customer especially a contractor! I called two other glass vendors in town to bid the exact same job and the were closer to the original bid and several hundred dollars cheaper then his bill. Frank Shields and Esser Glass Inc. are no longer a good Company to use as I feel he has lost his customer insight as well as good business practices.
