I really like specialized bicycles and I have bought a couple of high end ones at this store, but my experience is, once I bought the bicycles they were not too helpful with making minor adjustments so you're comfortable on the bike. Every single time after purchase, I had to go to Machinery Row bicycles for help with minor adjustments and it was always free. So if anyone needs helpers to go above beyond with helping you with minor stuff on your bicycle go to MACHINERY ROW.

They have great service and better rates on labor than near by budget bicycles (don't be fooled by budget's name). I've kept going here for all my bike repairs even when I moved to the east side.
