Dunkin' Donuts

I give 3 stars because I go there on a regular basis and I am usually happy but this morning was ridiculous. I waited in the inside line for about 10-15 mins and for the first 5 the guy behind the counter didn’t say a word to anyone. Then finally said be with you shortly and that’s it, Instead of taking everyone orders and working on making them next he did it one by one take the order make the order take the order make the order. No I shouldn’t be waiting this long at a coffee spot it is not a restaurant it’s a coffee spot. Definitely need more people in the mornings or just all the time to make it a smoother customer experience

Constantly have to repeat entire order. Constantly get orders wrong. A steak egg and cheese bagel should have meat on it, coffee orders are mocha instead of vanilla and 3 orders of hash browns magically turns into 2. I receive my order but not my drinks and the worker ask what I'm waiting on.......? Well shouldn't you know that? This is happened so many times that I'm motivated enough to leave this review. I will never ever go back here. It is a disgrace to the company that I love so much. Go to the Washington rd location. They're always nice, fast and always get the order correct.
