I’m incredibly happy with ALMOST every part of my experience with ordering from Domino’s Pizza tonight! I ordered my pizza through the Domino’s app and was able to select select nearly everything that I wanted to request for my order. The ONLY thing that I couldn’t select, asking for extra garlic seasoning on my pizza crust, I was able to call the store and request from the amazingly friendly staff! And I didn’t even have to leave the app/order tracker screen to call the store...granted, it was a tiny icon at the very bottom, right side of the screen, but...there was a little phone handset icon to click, & then confirm, if you wanted to call the store! I spoke with Dawn who, after I told her I had wanted to request the extra garlic seasoning and I asked if my order had already started baking, kindly assured me that they add that garlic seasoning after the pizza comes out of the oven and then told me she would be happy to add it on for me! As with ALL previous contacts with her...I have nothing but the best to say about her and I told her that, as usual, she remains one of my favorite people! On to the delivery of our order, again, I had a favorable experience! James was professional but still friendly and kind while he delivered our order on time and our pizza, breadsticks, and oven baked subs were hot and the sodas were still cold! Then, when I opened everything up, EVERYTHING was made to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!!! I remain, as ever, impressed with my local Domino’s & most especially with the specific employees Dawn and James! My only issues were with the app and wishing that some things were available to do...such as requesting extra garlic seasoning on pizza crusts. And I also was not able to finish rating the employees in the “how did we do” section of the app after my food was delivered. Those were my only issues but, as I said, those are with the app...the store and ESPECIALLY the employees that I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with were amazing and deserve 5/5 stars!!!
