I ordered a half cheese, half "other stuff" pizza last night as my kids will only eat cheese. When I arrived the person told me there was a problem. They accidentally put toppings on the whole thing. I said that wasn't a huge deal I could just take them off at home for the kids. He asked if they should make a new correct pizza. I asked how long? He said about 7 minutes. I figured why wait I will just take this one, not the end of the world. The man then said, ok no charge, you can take it since it was our mistake! How nice was that? Sure they may have lost a couple bucks but think of how many times I will be back there spending more money because of this one gesture. 99.9% of any restaurant would barely offer even an apology. This place made a small problem completely right and gained a repeat customer!
