I have been purchasing vehicles since I was 18 and always dreaded the haggling process. Kim Dehaan actually made us feel like family. With expert detail she showed us several units . Within an hour we had purchased our motor home. She made the whole process easy and dare I say fun. When it came time to signing all of the papers there was no hidden fees like we have incured when purchasing other campers we have owned. The motor home was expertly explained and detailed.
