The "gentleman" answering the phone has terrible manners and doesn't understand the first thing about assisting customers. We got asked to call back three times, we were told that we couldn't make an appointment and would have to "call back at a later time", upon calling back today we were rudely and abruptly told to call back. We called back a half hour later and were given some excuse as to why their flat bed was down.
