5 Sep 30, 2018 Debra Oberlin I found Dr. Garcia about 5 yrs. ago when I moved back to Wi. Have always been very happy w/his work. He is thorough and patient and very kind and compassionate. His hygienist Diane is also wonderful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
