VERY poor customer service. I called to transfer my prescription from Walgreens to CVS and the lady on the phone was SO rude. Made me feel like an idiot because I have never transferred before. When she was finished taking my information down, she just hung up on me. Didn't let me know she was finished, didn't say goodbye or anything. Just hung up. I will be staying with Walgreens. Paying a few extra $ is worth it for quality customer service.
