This pharmacy has much to be desired. They never called my doctors office to refill my prescription, because when I called my doctor at Mayo clinic they told me they never called. So I had to pay full price for a very expensive prescription because they didn't do their job. When I talked to Rachael at this CVS pharmacy she was very unprofessional! According to the pharmacy manager, the staff is instructed to smile. Apparently she is instructed to smile even when it is inappropriate. She completely lied and said they called my doctors office when I knew they didn't. She had no record of a date or time of calling my doctor. When I started asking all kinds of questions about this, Rachael was smiling inappropriately to serious matters. I asked her if she thought my situation was funny to her. That's when I asked to speak to the manager. He wasn't available for a few days, but he wasn't any better. Gabe is the manager. I was very unimpressed with him. He tried to fumble through the conversation just blaming it on the insurance company. They took no responsibility for anything. No calls were ever made to me in this entire week from the time I first called my prescription in. I had been going to this pharmacy for years.
