I just got off the phone with the owner about helping his business with manufacturing process improvement. He was very rude but he was right that is not the biggest problem they have. I could probably help them more with Marketing more than Manufacturing Process. I found the company out of the Ward Business Directory, there is no website or anything and I'm sure they get business like crazy with the way I was talked to.
