CrossFit Green Bay

Dropping-in at CrossFit Green Bay, away from my home gym in Kentucky. Immediately, I was welcomed by Grant and Justin on the first day and then Christian and Teresa on the 2nd day. I was welcomed as if I had been going to this box for years and everyone was supportive and encouraging during the WODs. I was challenged and got two great workouts under my belt. The gym was clean, the equipment was clean and in good shape and the music selection was on point. I've had the pleasure of dropping in at various other gyms on the east coast... CrossFit Green Bay has set the bar high and is a beacon for all to follow! Thank you Grant, Justin, Christian and Teresa (and fellow athletes)! I'll be back!
