Always get a great workout when I drop in. Only drawback is I've never managed to do so when they have any shirts in my size!

CroosFit Fort Atkinson has some of the friendliest coaches and staff I have met at any business. They make sure you are always doing things correctly and making sure you are keeping yourself healthy. They push you to your max to do so. They take good care of the gym, keep it clean, and make sure that people are doing the same.
