Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

By far the worst customer service I have ever had. About 6 months ago they cut our automatic payments. We went into 3 different Cricket stores, and each time they told us it was set up.-it never was. The people working in the store had no idea what they were doing. Apparently over the phone assistance is not able to set up for autmatic payments, so they were no help either. We ended up going into GameStop store and the workers there were able to set out account back up. Last month they again cut our automatic payments-the reason they gave was 'we wanted to make sure you wanted the automatic payments set up still.' ...? So again we went into the Cricket store to hopefully get it set up. The person behind the counter 'thinks' they have it set up. So we will see next month if it is actually set up or not.
