I have never had such a terrible service experience in my life. Of course when I purchased my $40,000 vehicle they made me feel very welcome. However when I went in for my first oil change my sales rep Kyle did not stand by his customer service that I was promised. And I have never experienced such rude and unhelpful service people. I was guilt-tripped for receiving a loaner car and I was not called with a quote on the work done to my vehicle. So I had to spend over an hour of my time before I even got to speak with a service manager and work out a deal. I sent an email 3 days later to explain my frustrations and I never received an email in reply. I do not recommend.

Everyone was great. My salesperson Ron P was the best I have ever dealt with, what a great guy. I will tell all my friends and family to see Ron when they need a vehicle.
