Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison, WI

We were greeted when we checked in. Receptionist was pleasant. They were out of cookies which was a bummer after a 2.5 hour drive. Upon entering the room we were surprised by the sub par quality of the room. Shower head had calcium build up on it. The nook with the microwave was falling apart and worn. There was a stain on the sheet and we found a box elder beetle in the room. The faucet on the whirlpool was loose and sketchy. Additionally since there was a conference there were kids crawling all over the hotel until about 12:00am. We were thankful however for a safe nights sleep and a functioning iron for my dress shirts. Unfortunately I can not justify paying that much for a hotel room with such low quality standards. If you stay here get the least expensive room you can.
