The overall quality of the house is very good. Not a big fan of the laminate wood flooring, it’s not very resistant to damage. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are very nice and of good quality. The communication is ok, could have been better. Sometimes the responses were slow but they did respond to all questions and concerns during the building process. After we closed Don stop by and walked the house making sure we knew where important items were. This was actually are second home in the subdivision. Our first home we bought when it was five years old and we lived there for 6 years. Our old house held up very well and I feel like our new house was built with even more quality. The only thing I would change is the flooring. We like are new home very much and the orchard heights neighborhood is great.
