My experience is similar to Brandon's. The issues are different but the rude, unprofessional and inappropriate interactions with Dennis Dolan are the same. Don't be fooled by his daughter, Kerry, either. While she is very nice to speak with, she has zero infuence with her father. I have left detailed messages with her only to not receive a return phone call from Dolan. She either doesn't pass on the message or he just ignores her. Either way, she doesn't follow through to make sure their customers are responded to.
My house will be 3 years old in August 2015. My main issue is that he doesn't honor his 1 year warrany. I still have problems that he refuses to fix properly. My only option seems to be an attorney.
