This lady must not be interested/educated in 1)accommodating and being kind to inquiring prospective clients and 2) building or retaining a nice client base thru word of mouth/referrals. I had originally called after an injury, we ended up playing a bit of phone tag. In the meantime, I had n extensive conversation w/ my insurance provider on physical therapy benefit coverage. I was very pleased to report to janelle, owner, my generous coverage findings. The 1st official conversation I had w/ this so-called professional was atrocious. She first greatly offended me by saying she doesn't think she'd care to treat me bc she gets the impression I wouldn't be committed (what? How does she know, and who tells a stranger that??) b/c she's had a hard time getting ahold of me! (working mom, hello!)
<br/>Secondly, after I went on about my awesome insurance coverage for PT, she flat out told me what I had been told by my insurance rep wasn't true, even tho they say it's that generous. It really isn't. Well guess what lady, I then went to Southwest orthopedics and received 2 full rounds, about 13 weeks total (leaving a remaining of over 40 sessions of PT left for coverage) JUST LIKE I SAID without paying a dime. Same coverage for any PT. it was not contingent on in-network/out of network. She lost out on so much cash. And not to mention got herself many bad referrals from myself.
