Comfort Suites Milwaukee Airport

They cancelled our reservation on the day of check in because we don't live 30 miles away. This is a new policy. I explained my husband and I have 5 kids and need time away close enough to get home in case of emergency. We have been good customers in the past and are rewards members. Horrible service! It's too late to find another comparable room nearby. I am so angry at this horrible hotel!
