Colectivo Coffee - Foundry

Came here for breakfast and picked up a chorizo burrito along with a specialty coffee. The burrito was filling and tasty. Spicier than expected but that's how I prefer them. The coffee was a limited run that I gave a try and really enjoyed. They offer an array of baked goods and bottled drinks as well. I picked up a kombucha when we stopped in during the evening on our way back from dinner. I also grabbed a specially espresso they had that was delicious as well. I'll definitely come back here on my next visit in town and take some pics next time.
