Save yourself the trouble and spend your money somewhere else. I purchased furniture here and specifically requested an extended warranty. Shortly after getting my furniture I noticed a supportive piece of the frame was loosened on the couch. I called to have service done. They scheduled someone to come out, however, I had to cancel the appointment. At a later date I called back to have the repairs done and reschedule. This time they stated that the issue wasn't covered under warranty. I was shocked! They absolutely would not assist with any repairs.
They don't back their products or their warranty and they don't care! One customer service rep told me it was a "simple repair" and she couldnt understand why the service was rejected. They want to debate over how it happened to get out of fixing it. The service rep stated that the manager at the Oak Creek location was being a jerk, as she stated "they" sometimes do. Which leads me to believe that I am not the only one who has been sold a warranty that they don't back. (Crazy that your own people say this about you). She stated she would escalate and call me back. I never received a call back. Later I called back and spoke to someone named Abner who was rude and condescending. I don't know how this company stays in business with the way they treat their customers. Do not shop here! It is a HUGE hassle and waste of money. I have never had such poor service.
