I would not recommend this agency. We signed with an agent to represent us in purchasing a home. The agent failed us on many levels. The Century 21 pledge that is offered to customers is meaningless along with the Affiliated First Realty contract statements. We were not protected and it cost us a lot of money. Why would you want to do business here when there are so many othere agencies that you could do business with. The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services division of legal services and compliance are currently evaluating the information provided to them concerning what took place regarding our offer to purchase.
