My husband called and talked to Rafael an immigration lawyer for a consultation and was very rude and said he couldn't help him. After my husband insisted he finally gave him an appointment but said he couldn't guarantee helping him with his case. Not professional at all and do not recommend him. Don't get why he's working as an immigration lawyer when he doesn't want to help an immigrant.
