Took meticulously deboned and cleaned deer meat in for processing and highly suspect it was not my meat I got back. If it was mine, then they did not care for it well during the 5 or so months they had it. Yes, it took them that long to get around to processing it. They treat customers like they are doing them a favor, getting irritated when you call to find out when they will have it done. Definitely not a first in/first out type of place. The wait was not worth it. Cooked some and had to toss it out due to a rancid odor and questionable texture. I've had meat processed there in the past with better results, but this experience will keep me from going back. Your toss of the dice might be better but mine gave me craps and I will not be back.
