My mom and I just had an amazing experience at the Lake Hallie location. They were having a few issues (shake machine broken, spilled drink in lobby, etc.) We were waiting patiently for our food and it got to be about 10 minutes. We weren't even upset, but my mom went to politely inquire how long it would be. Not only did they refund our entire order on the spot, they upgraded all of our meals, and gave us a coupon for a free meal in the future. Stellar customer service!
