Budget Truck Rental

Made a reservation and specifically asked for non-credit card payment. Was told yes and went through all the costs. When I arrived to pick up keys and pay I was told credit card only. I called in advance to avoid credit card left me nearly screwed on getting a truck before everything closed. Had to take the first company I called Penske which was only some more expensive but not a dick around. Both guys at Meyer the one at the counter and the maintenance seemed just dumb.
