When we walked in we were left to wait, then greeted with an attitude and general feeling of "how dare we make her do her job, rather than talking in back like she had been." Despite that we ordered. After we paid we noticed an error with how our order was rung up. We ordered a 20 piece, 2 10 pieces were rung up. It was pointed out to the employee who took our order and her response was "so you only wanted one 10 piece?" Of course we said no, that we had wanted a 20 piece mcnugget but had ordered it at 20 so it would be rung up at $5.19 rather than over $8. Employee's response was "but it's still 20 nuggets" and she said that the 3 times we said "yes but its $3 more as 2 10 pieces". After the 3rd time of relaying the price difference she came back with "well what do you want me to do about it?!?" Umn, 1 - ring up what the customer orders and 2 - if you mess up apologize and fix it without an argument or issue. Oh and lets not forget that I overheard her walk into the back and complain to the cook about us, as if we were in the wrong in any way.
Manager also seemed clueless as why this was an issue, and did not return our tax difference of 15 cents either, despite what the receipt showed our refund should be. I'd recommend getting your sawdust nuggets anywhere but here.
