Had a unexpected trip come up to New York and was in need of a 2 tires on my car (had new wheels and tires coming for it) decided to put used tires for a time being. Took it in to the shop and they brought it out 30 min later. Was fast and easy I thought but after a test drive found horrible noise and shake coming out from them. Brought it back and after waiting 1 hour they brought it back with different tire. Took it for one more test drive and it was shaking again. Brought it back at which point I already had to leave and they took it in again and 45 min later they brought it out. At that point I had to leave town in rush. When I got on a highway discovered very bad shake past 60 mph. I had to drive 2000 miles over a weekend at 60 mph with a horrible shake. When I was back to madison I took it in for an inspection and they found nothing wrong with suspension and on Tuesday I took it in to my friends shop and he found that they did not balanced outer side of a rim at all. So we balanced them. Right tire was out on a inner part by 1.5 and outer by 3.75!!!! Left tire inner by 1 and outer by 2.5. So I felt miserable all trip long(2000 miles) I spent money on inspection, I spent entire time before trip in a shop and been late to a meeting in New York with driving non stop without rest and after conversation with a manager their resolution was to refund 14$ for balance. Do not go there!!!!
