One and done! I went to the truck wash on Sun evening, spent $19. It’s spray yourself bay. High pressure rinse is the only function that worked. Bay was dirty, garbage inside, and high pressure pulsated at very low pressure. After attempting to get the soap, wax, degreaser, rainx, or any other function working I was forced to wash the truck using just water. I wiped the truck dry with a clean white towel which was brown after I wiped a majority of the water off. I went inside to speak to the attendant and show her the towel. She had me fill out a sheet explaining what happened and said a Manager would call me Monday. Monday came and went without a call. I called today, Tuesday, and asked that a manger call me when one wasn’t available. No call. I just called again and apparently there is no manager available, yet again. I didn’t expect my money back but expected to be able to tell them the wash was not functioning properly and all of the chemicals were out. Needless to say I used google maps app to get the phone number to call the second time this evening and noticed the one star rating and numerous complaints regarding the wash bays and bad business practices. I will tell everyone I know to use a competitor and stay away from this place. It’s really a shame since there aren’t many truck washes in the local area and it could be lucrative if they knew how to run a business properly. I would have given 0 stars if it was an option...STAY AWAY!!
