Overall a very good experience at Boucher Nissan in Waukesha when I purchased my 2017 Nissan Rogue. The dealership is an hour away from where I live and I went late in the evening. Given the distance, I was hoping to get a deal done but was concerned how late it was when I arrived. A few people that helped get it done:
Theresa S. was the internet sales consultant who kept me informed of the vehicles I was interested in. Even let me know about a price drop. She was unavailable when I went in and put me in touch with sales consultant Luke O. Although I knew the Rogue options pretty well, I found Luke to be very knowledgeable about the product. He was friendly, not pushy, and helpful. Part of the process was working with Sales Manager Ryan P. He worked with me on my trade-in as well as the sale price and financing. I feel he treated me more than fair and was also very friendly. Ryan even made sure I received the 50" television that was part of a promotion they were having.
Considering how late it was, I never felt rushed or pressured. It was after closing by the time the paperwork was done. Luke wanted to help me get my phone connected and everything else set up, which probably would have taken another 30 minutes but I wanted to hit the road. Like I said, overall, very good experience.
