Golden Rice Bowl Chinese Restaurant

Let me start off by saying they are ok and I’ve never had a problem with them until now. I ordered and a 8 year old girl answered the phone an took my order (yes I asked how old she was because she sounded very young to be working there but no biggy)i ordered a tub of beef fried rice and some orange chicken . When it got here I tasted the chicken an it looked an tasted undercooked so I thought I’d just call an get it replaced. But when I finally got ahold of the owner which he had the 8 year old translate for him I was told that. That’s what the chicken is supposed to taste like an that I would not be getting a replacement. So I asked for a refund instead but was told no because the owner didn’t want to do it. I spoke to the little girl for some time an she offered to buy me food out of her pocket (such a sweet girl) but I wasn’t going to make her pay for his mistake. I’m sad to say I won’t be ordering anymore from the place. Anyone that wishes to try this place know that if something goes wrong with your order the owner will not be sympathetic to any mess ups.(the manager and the 8 yr girl were very kind. The owner was very unreasonable)
