Their products may be a little more expensive than at the big box stores but the personal service they offer more than make up for it. Once, they replaced my car battery on a bitterly cold day without a single grumble. Another time they had a hard to find battery for my car key remote. I also love that they accept NiCad batteries for recycling. It keeps those heavy metals out of the landfills and the ground water. I will definitely keep going to Batteries Plus.
