Recently bought a BMW 330 xi from the dealership said there was no rust on the car absolutely no rust when I arrived there was rust on the passenger rear side the car was dirty inside the headlight was not functioning properly after night driving that evening. contacted the dealer and the mechanic said that the lights worked fine when they owned it so they sent me a wiring harness when they told me they were going to send me a ballast. I Had to purchase and install the ballast on my own. Dealer said in the car was Perfect. After considering all factors, age ect. Car is in good overall condition not perfect. Service was a 2 star andin my opinion I would likely not shop here again. Dealer gave me a fair price on the car but it came with only 1 broken key fob so that has been a nightmare as well.

Rotten experience, after buying vehicle had tie rod break at 70 mph. It was never safety inspected there was absolutely no grease in any of the tie rods or ball joints. In my opinion the mechanic should be held criminally responsible
