Auntie Anne's Pretzels

I went to the mall yesterday in janesville wi specifically to get Auntie Anne's for a few people the lady did NOT scan my phone for the rewards points i asked her to wait before scanning my card she Didnt i asked how do i now get them she says i swiped your card it is too late i told her to WAIT I HAVE AN APP so she said she would give me a free pretzel nope didnt get that either I love the food i stopped in just for that i bought 2 preztel dogs 2 bite size and 1 regular preztel and recieved NO REWARDS VERY UNHAPPY!!! Do not offer rewards if you cant wait for us to get to them im sorry i was not fast enough for her impatience!!!!
