Service center was ready at our appointment time. Service was as expected and finished promptly. Cookies and beverage were nice while we waited. Fyi they are pet friendly.

Like my van but that was probably the worst experience I had purchasing a vehicle. During the sale all the salesman could talk about was keeping my word on coming back to make the purchase. He on the other hand had a difficult time deliverying on my expectation of heated seats that he promised. Then when he messed up on the heated seats he tried to make up for it with a gas card and oil changes. Said he mailed them and I never saw them. Told me he would get me some other ones and three weeks later I still haven’t heard from him. I was worried about working with Bergstrom from the get go and their salesman confirmed it for me. I won’t buy from them again.
